- Major CRM structural rebuilds
- Direct execution of technical tasks

- Real-time/on-call availability

***Note:** No hands-on execution — implementation is handled by the client's team. A custom scope can be set based on your needs.*

- Advise on HubSpot/GTM tech stack architecture and RevOps best practices
- Evaluate and provide recommendations for lifecycle stages, segmentation, and lead scoring models

### Workflow & Automation Review

- Review existing workflows and automation for efficiency and data integrity
- Recommend optimizations to reduce manual tasks and improve conversion paths

### Team Enablement & Support

- Provide documentation, templates, and video walkthroughs as needed
- Participate in 1–2 advisory calls/month to review strategy and unblock execution
