I work remotely and asynchronously, using tools like Slack or Jira (or your preferred project management and collaboration tools) to provide complete visibility into what’s being worked on and what’s done. We’ll have regular check-ins to stay aligned on goals, priorities, and results without micromanaging or wasted meetings. Just high-impact work, delivered transparently.

What are your working hours?

I work flexibly across time zones and don’t rely on constant real-time communication. I’m always available for regular syncs with stakeholders and any necessary team training or enablement. I aim to be highly available, without intruding, to keep things moving forward efficiently.

What if the original scope changes?

Scope changes happen, especially in growing teams. If priorities shift, we’ll revisit the plan together. If needed, I’ll propose a clear path forward, including revised timelines or costs, and get your approval before making changes. No surprises, just smart adjustments.

How do we work with you?

If you already use Slack, Jira, Notion, or similar tools — great! I’ll integrate into your workflows for maximum visibility and collaboration. If not, I’ll provide a shared project space to manage deliverables, documentation, and communication. Either way, you’ll always know what’s happening, what’s next, and how we’re tracking toward your goals.
